Paula Madelaine Cohen McHarg is the Deputy Director of Operations at the Law Offices of Tahir Mella. In 2005, Paula graduated from Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and a concentration in Pre-Law. During her time in Baltimore, Paula worked as a legal assistant both for a private law firm and for the Baltimore County Public Defender’s office. Upon graduating, Paula returned to her hometown of Philadelphia to pursue her Master’s Degree in Communication at Villanova University.

From her experiences in the legal systems in Baltimore, Paula gained insight into the specific needs of a wide variety of clients, as well as an understanding of the nuances of the law in terms of its effect on private individuals. Now, as Deputy Director of Operations, she has a unique ability to build cases on behalf of those with immigrations concerns, as well as the management of a busy legal office.

Paula was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and has a working ability with the Spanish language. In her free time, Paula enjoys gardening and creating artwork.
